In 2022 I decided to sell a duplex that I had owned for many years. Although I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1975, I didn’t’ want to deal with it myself because I am now entertaining retirement. In addition, I was having issues with tenants and quite frankly I was “done” with the property. Since I didn’t want to Broker my own sale, I entrusted Anthony with the charge. I don’t trust a lot of people but Anthony is someone I trust wholeheartedly. He has integrity, is forthcoming, and easy to work with. During the process there were many frustrating situations that came up, even dealing with troublesome tenants. Anthony never shied away from the challenge of taking all of the headache off my plate and stepping in to resolve issues, handle problems and even diffusing a couple of contentious and volatile situations. His goal was to make this a worry free process for me and he accomplished that without a doubt. Even at times when he encountered issues, they never affected his attitude and he remained upbeat always telling me “don’t worry, we got this, we’ll be fine.” “Once we close, this will all be behind us.” He always spoke in the positive using the word “we” letting me know that he was always with me in the process. So about feeling free at the end, he was so right. We closed, and the closing lifted a huge weight off my back. After the sale I felt free, like I could breathe again. Although, as I said, I was a Broker, I would feel 100% confident in referring him to anyone who needed an honest, kind, likable and knowledgeable real estate professional. Lastly, when he asked me if I would write this, I agreed to do so right away.
